Target has nice bags that aren't expensive. Your local pet stores should have some too. You need to use a bag that is made specifically for dogs. They will have breathing holes and a clip to attach to his harness so he can't jump out. Do not attach this clip to a collar, your dog could hang himself that way.

These bags are more expensive but they last and last. Also, practically all of them are approved for airline and train travel. I would highly recommend these bags over cheaper junky ones at Petsmart. They have more classic designs or electric pink ones.
